Who wants pie? Bang Bang Pie Shop is getting ready to officially open its doors Saturday at 2051 N. California. The Logan Square shop will eventually sell a variety of pies, but this weekend will limit offerings to shaker lemon, chocolate with blood orange olive oil and Maldon sea salt; and banana cream. They'll also have biscuits with housemade butter and jams, tea and their own roasted coffee. They're also working on a pie in a jar, which will be vegan and gluten free. [Eaterwire]
