According to the Chicago Sun-Times, one of the malpractice suits Chicago chef Grant Achatz recently dropped against two dental practices was actually settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. According to Achatz's attorney, the practice did "not make any admission of liability in making the settlement." [Sun-Times via Eater National]
