A Chicago health inspector was accused of bribing restaurants ... with vitamins. Charity Okoro resigned from her $76,428 job with the city after being accused by a number of restaurants of intimidation. Okoro would inspect a restaurant, like Taste of Peru, and then return, off the clock, to sell restaurant owners Nutralite vitamins and give them a passing grade if they complied. Not a bad way to make an extra buck, especially since that seems to be her main mode of income now. [Tribune]
