A hot new West Loop project just got even better. News of Bill Kim and Yvonne Cadiz-Kim opening Belly Q with the Cornerstone Restaurant Group was already a tasty little tidbit. But now it looks like its beverage program is going to be really solid since mixologist Peter Vestinos is working on it. It'll be interesting to see what concoctions he dreams up to pair with Kim's Asian barbecue concept. [312DD]
