While many people may line the banks of the Chicago River tomorrow morning to watch the city transform it into a flowing green wonder for St. Paddy's Day, others will forego the festivities and simply want brunch. Luckily for them, Three Aces launched a new weekend brunch last week and, as with most things Matt Troost does, it looks pretty damn tasty.

The menu is divided up between breakfast and lunch, but it seems like you can get anything while brunch is going on, both Saturday and Sunday between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Start off with sourdough waffles with bananas foster sauce and cinnamon whip or get beef tongue hash with poached egg and bone marrow hollandaise. Then move on to a farm egg pizza with breakfast sausage gravy and aged cheddar or opt for the Ace Burger with bacon jam, aged cheddar and aioli on a pretzel bun. And this being a bar, you'll have a choice of many libations, but don't miss Father Flanigan's Bloody Mary with housemade mary mix and Tito's vodka. Want more? Check out the full menu below.
