Rick Bayless didn't just decide to dance. The Frotnera Grill chef, who will launch his professional musical theater career later this month in Cascabel at the Lookingglass Theater, said he has actually been performing his whole life. He began ballroom dancing seven years ago when he won a dance contest for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and started taking lessons after that. So think Bayless is a one-trick pony and can only cook? Apparently he can sauté on the stage as well. [Sun-Times]
