Efrain Cuevas, owner/chef of the Clandestino underground supper club, will open a gourmet sandwich shop in the Loop in April. Not many details have been revealed, but he did say on his Facebook page that homemade paletas (fresh fruit ice pops) will definitely be on the menu. [Facebook via 312DD]
