Frank Mnuk Out at Bistro Voltaire After 2 Months

Well that didn't take long. After about two months heading the kitchen at Bistro Voltaire, it looks like Frank Mnuk has moved on. On Monday he posted to his Facebook page that he was a consultant to the restaurant.

This comes as a surprise, because in February Mnuk said, "I believe this could be the best bistro in town." When called, the restaurant confirmed Mnuk had left, but otherwise had no comment and Mnuk did not return calls or email. So it looks like his departure, at least why, is a mystery at this point.
