She was nominated as a best new pastry chef earlier today by Food & Wine, but that's just the start for Meg Galus. The NoMI Kitchen pastry chef was also recognized as one of the country's best in her field for her desserts, especially her daily offering of tarts. But she can offer a lot more than that as she has a full range of desserts, to which she said, "You don’t eat dessert because you have to; you eat dessert because you want to." Well said.
