Milio's Sandwiches Coming; Chowdah Fest Tix; More

EVERYWHERE—Madison, Wis.,-based Milio's Sandwiches is planning a massive Chicago expansion. The quick-service sandwich chain plans to open 40 shops over the next five years throughout the Chicago area; no word yet on where they'll open first.
