Lovely: A Bake Shop, is expanding. The Noble Square bakery and cafe just took over the space most recently occupied by Flourish and plans to start baking by April 1; the actual cafe should open a few weeks later. In taking over Flourish, Lovely's owners, Gina and Bob Hartwig, picked up a bread oven. They're going start a bread program and service all of their outlets, including Bakin & Eggs as well as the massive new Walgreen's at State & Lake. [Time Out Chicago]
