Ready for more doughnuts? This morning at 6:30 a.m. Do-Rite Donuts & Coffee opened shop in a small carved out space at Petterino's (sound familiar?). Former L20 chef and bread master Francis Brennan teamed with Jeff Mahin (Stella Rosa Pizza Bar in LA) and Lettuce Entertain You to deliver fresh, gourmet doughnuts (peanut butter and jelly; maple and candied bacon cruller; Old Fashioned glazed with Valrhona chocolate) made fresh each weekday until 11 a.m. And they have a special Dark Matter coffee blend.
