The wine scene in each American city is shaped by a number of different factors. For instance, in Chicago, the culture of distribution has meant higher prices on wine than you might find in other major cities. Eater National spoke with sommeliers in Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Miami to get their take on the current wine scene in each of their cities.
