WICKER PARK— The Wormhole Coffee shop will close its doors on Monday to start their "re-vamp supreme" in which they will remodel the whole shop to make it more customer friendly. They will likely reopen the first weekend in March [Facebook]

INDEPENDENCE PARK—Bread & Wine is hosting its first Saturday afternoon pairing event on February 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. with the theme of Deli Deli-vation. Wines will be paired with a deli inspired menu that includes a beef tongue muffalata and BLT doughnut. $30 per person, reservations are required. [Eaterwire]

LINCOLN PARK— Head to Barn & Company for their First Pitmaster Dinner on February 22. Gary Wiviott will host "Rib Night." The three part menu will be paired with either a bourbon cocktail or craft beer. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased at the restaurant. [Eaterwire]
