Was it a break-in or really just an excuse to regroup and retool? Whatever the reason was that caused Asado Coffee to shutter in late December, the local roaster and coffeeshop will reopen on Saturday. And when it does, it'll introduce three new fair-trade organic roasts, but don't expect tea because apparently that, along with showing movies, strayed from Asado's original mission.
