Already open two months (which is hard to believe), it's time the Trib's Phil Vettel to weigh in on one of the most hotly anticipated openings of the year, Baume & Brix. And Vettel is impressed, awarding the restaurant three stars. He describes the appetizers as "tiny and delicate," and gushes that the mains have "the heft and richness of supper club entrees." He recommends the grilled octopus as "a riot of assertive tastes" and calls the dining room "comfortable and beautiful." Looks like the chef duo Thomas Bowman and Ben Roche have a new fan.
