Little Goat Diner and Bar to Open Friday

Following the opening of Little Goat Bread almost two weeks ago, the rest of Stephanie Izard's multi-faceted Little Goat concept is set to open its doors at the end of the week. The 8200 square-foot space will seat 120 and be open nearly round-the-clock, from 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. There's 11 sections of breakfast and classic diner fare on the menu, including Fat Elvis Waffles (bananas, peanut butter-butter, bacon maple syrup) and Pork Belly Pancake (scallion pancake, house hoisin, bok choy salad, ginger maple dressing). The bar features a selection of specialty cocktails and 12 rotating craft beers, beginning with Solemn Oath, Bell's, and Stillwater.
