Coco Pazzo Pizzeria Coming in April

The paisans at Coco Pazzo are tossing themselves into the pizza game, slinging Roman-style pies in Streeterville starting this spring. The unnamed casual Italian eatery will offer fare from the Lazio region of Italy (Coco Pazzo is Tuscan), a value wine program, full-service bar, and themed cocktails. "It will be very different than Coco Pazzo," owner Jack Weiss says of his third venture. The "warm, intimate room" will seat 100 and be more of a trattoria. Weiss aims to bring rustic Italian fare to a neighborhood he believes lacks it. More to come in the new year.
