Tour dates are up for the fifth-annual Cochon 555, the cooking competition featuring five chefs, five pigs, and five wineries, touching down in Chicago on April 28. Judges and attendants help choose a winner from each city (Nightwood's Jason Vincent won last year) who goes on to compete in the finals in Aspen.
