The fine-dining ticketed destination's three-menu docket was released today to season-ticket holders, featuring "the hunt" from January 9 to April 28 (wild game, foraged, and forgotten foods), "vegan" from May 8 to August 24 ("four star" vegan cuisine), and "bocuse d'or" from August 31 to December 31 (a five-and-a-half hour world cooking contest. Prices for the hunt and vegan run from $95-165 and bocuse d'or costs $195. And yes, the only way in is with a ticket.
