Trenchermen Hosts Event With Pastry Chefs From Noma, Momofuku Milk Bar and Blackbird

Chefs Mike and Pat Sheerin of Trenchermen are starting 2013 off with one of the sweetest nights in town by hosting an all-star pastry event on Thursday, January 3, Killing Me Sweetly, featuring special guests Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar, New York, Rosio Sanchez of Noma, Copenhagen, and Dana Cree of Blackbird, Chicago.

To celebrate women in the industry around the world, these three esteemed pastry chefs have selected an up-and-coming female pastry chef they admire and will collaborate on both a savory and sweet course. Not to be forgotten in their own kitchen, the Sheerin brothers will serve an amuse bouche, entree and mignardise. Also on hand for the evening, Master Sommelier Alpana Singh of The Boarding House will provide wine pairings and guest mixologist Jenny Kessler of Masa Azul will craft signature cocktails available a la carte and offer a couple cocktail pairings with courses.
