Ryan Poli's new Gold Coast American-style brasserie inside the Talbott Hotel, scheduled to really open on January 18, is taking limited reservations starting today. Parts of the space are still under construction, a Mercadito representative stresses. Dishes available now include short rib poutine; sunchoke salad with pear, cheddar, arugula, and red wine viniagrette; and pork chop with sweet and sour cabbage and apple puree.
Charged cocktails are the highlight of the beverage program: five chargers (or flavors) like meyer lemon sour, hibiscus vanilla, and cornflower yuzu are complimented by a spirit of choice to create a user-friendly creative cocktail.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served now.
