Some great plywood tips from Chicago Mag today: Fairways, a 10,000 square foot "urban country club," complete with golf simulators on the second floor, will open in the former P.J. Clarke's space in Lincoln Park in April or May. A spot called Johnnie Blue, focusing on grilled foods, will open in Lincoln Square after Christmas, and a A 70-seat modern Mexican restaurant called Takito Kitchen will take the old Sabor Saveur space at 2013 W.
