Dryhop Brewers, the long in the works restaurant and microbrewery in East Lakeview, is now scheduled to open next March, according to Crain's. The space on 3155 N. Broadway will encompass 3,000 square-feet and will include 70 seats. There will be six taps, and Pete Repak, a Charlie Trotter's alum, is on board to make the beer-friendly menu.
Greg Shuff, the 25 year-old owner, tells Crain's to expect Longman & Eagle-like small plates. Read more about the menu on their site, where they tease duck leg confit made in a charred bourbon barrel and discuss their "nose-to-tail, root-to-stem" approach to food.
