red%20ivy%20blotter.jpegDNAinfo reports on a gruesome stabbing at Red Ivy, during what was supposed to be a lighthearted day of drinking in Santa gear and ugly sweaters. Red Ivy was a stop on the "Twelve Bars of Christmas" bar crawl, which kicked off Saturday morning at around 8am, but the attack occurred after midnight. A security manager at the bar said the scene looked like the classic slasher flick Friday the 13th because to the amount of blood, however this really sounds more like Silent Night, Deadly Night.
