One Off Hospitality Launches Master Cooking Class Series at PQM

Ever wish you could make tacos like Justin Large from Big Star or create the immaculate dishes David Posey serves at Blackbird? Well, now is your chance.

The One Off Hospitality Group just announced their 2013 Master Cooking Class series, with one class led by each of their chefs including Paul Kahan. The classes will take place in the PQM kitchen and will be very intimate. Classes are limited to 12 participants and the spots certainly will sell out lightening fast.

The schedule is as follows:

February 10: Publican Quality Meats with chef Chris Kuziemko
April 14: One Off Hospitality Group with executive chef Paul Kahan
June 23: The Publican with chef Brian Huston
August 11: Big Star with chef Justin Large
October 13: Blackbird with chef David Posey
December 15: avec with chef Erling Wu-Bower

Classes will begin at 7 p.m. The exact menus have not been released, but each chef will prepare signature dishes from his restaurant. The evening will run you $150 per person, $300 for the Paul Kahan class and include beer and wine. Tax and gratuity are not included. Interested?
