Boystown nightclub Circuit has closed. But the news doesn't end there. Turns out owner Michael Macharello, who also owns Boi magazine, may have unintentionally signed off ownership of the magazine and nightclub as collateral when he took out a loan to keep the businesses afloat. Circuit was closed by the landlord after years of arrears in rent, according to RedEye. Macharello said he's talking to the landlord and trying to fix things.
