Following a highly successful auction of his wine collection, even after 60 cases were stolen en route to Christie's, it looks like Charlie Trotter is truly auctioning off everything in the restaurant, including the kitchen sink. Well, maybe not, but certainly everything else that's left in the space.
The auction, in conjunction with Bunte Auction Service and Auction Consultants will take place on Dec 12 at 11 a.m. and will include items such as: one of a kind Bernardaud china, Riedel stems, Roux Marquiand flatwear, all of the kitchen appliances, All Clad bakeware, photography, signed menus and more. The full list can be found here. If you want to get your hands on something, you better hurry, by December 14 all that will remain of Charlie Trotter's restaurant will be an empty building and 25 years of memories.
