Crain's Chicago Business spreads the word that, after a short break, Epic Burger will be adding new locations starting in the middle of 2013. In 2014, the Chicago-based chain will look to add locations outside of the Illinois market. This news comes on the heels of rumors that Shake Shack, the famous New York-based chain with locations in Connecticut, Florida, Dubai and more, may be eying Chicago next. [CCB, ECHI]
