Jet's Pizza Coming to Chicago; Beard Papa's Closes

BEER HERE—John Laffler, a "innovation brewer" at Goose Island, is leaving the company to start his own brewery with a former Two Brothers brewer, Dave Bleitner. It will be called Off Color Crewing, and it will be located in a 7,500 square-foot warehouse near Armitage Avenue. They plan on producing beer this coming March. [CT]
