Ba-Le-112112.jpgFirst it came to Uptown. Then it expanded into a brighter, cleaner location next door. Chinatown followed and now Ba Le will soon open its third location in the Loop. Ba Le, the Vietnamese shop best known for its iconic banh mi sandwiches, will finally open up its new spot at 166 W. Washington sometime in December. When Eater called the restaurant, they couldn't say an exact date, but that Ba Le would open in the Loop sometime next month. [EaterWire]
