After getting recognized by Michelin with a star for the third year in a row, Longman & Eagle is undergoing some changes. Don't worry, chef Jared Wentworth is sticking around and the menu isn't being overhauled. But according to the restaurant's most recent newsletter, they're renovating their backspace to add a new prep kitchen and a new public space. That part, Off Site Bar (or OSB) will serve as an extra bar, an event space and a tasting room. It should finished in about a month. [EaterWire]
