You already love it for weekday lunch and dinner every night, so why not get thee to GT Fish & Oyster for a little weekend brunch, too? Chef/partner Giuseppe Tentori will introduce brunch Nov. 17 and will offer it every Saturday and Sunday.
The menu will feature shrimp and grits with tasso ham; pastry chef Sarah Jordan's french toast with key lime, grapefruit and mascarpone; crab benedict with swiss chard; biscuits and lobster gravy with lobster and potato hash and a poached egg; smoked haddock quiche; bagel and house-cured lox; chilaquiles; fried chicken and waffles and more. They'll also offer a kids menu.
And not utilizing that full bar would definitely be a waste so expect brunch cocktails like a bloody mary or bourbon bloody mary made with Stu's Bloody Mary Mix (served with a High Life pony); micheladas; mimosas and more. And yes, you can get La Colombe coffee, Rare Tea Cellars teas and other non-alcoholic drinks.
While it doesn't kick off for a couple of weeks, check out the full menu now and don't be embarrassed when you start to drool. You did read they'll have biscuits with lobster gravy, right?
