Watch a Preview For The Layover With Anthony Bourdain and Stephanie Izard

On Monday, Nov. 19. a new episode of Anthony Bourdain's The Layover premieres on the Travel Channel. Bourdain once again hits Chicago, but instead of duping people into thinking he's not going to Budacki's, this time he drops in on Girl & The Goat. In this preview, Bourdain is amazed at the size and scope of the restaurant, dines on escargot ravioli and kohlrabi salad, among other things, and talks to Stephanie Izard about the food and how Chicago of all cities in the U.S. has truly embraced modernist cooking.
