Food trucks want to park within 200 feet of a restaurant. That's the basis of a lawsuit filed against Chicago by Schnitzel King and Cupcakes for Courage even though the city passed a law over the summer allowing people to cook onboard trucks and also set up designated parking areas throughout the city. Schnitzel King operator Greg Burke said truck owners are afraid to come to the Loop for fear of getting hefty fines. He said the law stifles business. "Competition is the American way." [RedEye]
