So that new sushi and Japanese seafood spot that Jason Chan and B.K. Park were planning to open? Looks like it has a location and a name. Juno is taking over the shuttered Merlo La Salumeria spot, which closed in August in Lincoln Park at 2638 N. Lincoln.
Other details on the project, like an opening date, are scant, but with Park's acclaimed work at Arami, there's no doubt Juno, which is just up the street from cocktail emporium Barrelhouse Flat, should be a winner. To refresh, Chan split from Urban Union and Michael Shrader back in June and Park announced his shocking departure from Arami just a few days later.
