Fall is the perfect time for a good, hard cider and Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton gets a chance to try Chicago's own Red Streak from Virtue Cider. He describes the complexity of the drink from Greg Hall's new company as "closer to a Belgian beer than a six-pack of Woodchuck" and gives it a hearty recommendation.
