At 1 p.m. on Oct 28, Keller, along with Sebastien Rouxel, the exec pastry chef for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, will hold a meet and greet for Bouchon Bakery at Balena (1633 N. Halsted) along with a panel discussion with CS publisher John Carroll. For $75, guests will get to have books signed, mingle with the chefs, taste desserts from the cookbook and sip Champagne.
