Flying through O'Hare's international terminal is about to get a whole lot tastier. The Chicago Department of Aviation and Westfield Concession Management this morning unveiled a new $26 million makeover of Terminal 5 that will bring a number of new dining and retail options to the airport.

Set for completion in the fall of next year, Terminal 5 will offer travelers not only more quality food, but a taste of Chicago. Rick Bayless will open another outpost of Tortas Frontera while Lettuce Entertain You will make its foray into airport dining with four spots: Hub 51, Wow Bao, Big Bowl and Urban Olive, a new Mediterranean concept.

Intelligentsia is working with the planners to create a coffee bar concept that uses their coffee (though it won't be branded Intelligentsia or operated by them) and Tocco will offer Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas and rustic pastas currently found at its Wicker Park restaurant. Two other concepts, Natural Break, a juice bar with fresh salads and sandwiches, and Local Headlines Bar, a gastropub, wil join the mix.

On the retail front, there will be a Vosges Haut Chocolat, Michael Kors, Bulgari, Salvatore Ferragamo, Emporio Armani and an XpresSpa for quick treatments.

Here's a sneak peek video at what it will look like come next fall:
