So here are two behind-the-scenes slideshows of Eleven Madison Park at Alinea. In case you weren't able to get a reservation at the Michelin "six-star" restaurant or didn't want to spend half your rent on dinner, both TOC and Grub Street sent photographers to capture the making of the menu at the restaurant swap this week.
