LOGAN SQUARETelegraph has nabbed former Hot Chocolate beverage director Luke LeFiles as their new beer director. LeFiles, who most recently was working at Premise before it shuttered, is in charge of the beer program at both Telegraph, where they have eight European beers on tap, and Bluebird in Bucktown, where he'll host a couple of monthly beer tastings.

LOOPJoe Rose, who was chef de cuisine under Frank Brunacci at Sixteen and served as interim chef after Brunacci left the restaurant in June of 2011, is the newest exec chef at Lockwood. Rose, who was last at the Pump Room as chef de cuisine, will launch a revamped menu after Thanksgiving that focuses on seasonality and local ingredients.
