Michael Kornick Brings Ada Street to OMD on Michigan

What's a Friday afternoon without bacon and whiskey? Eater Test Kitchen and Michael Kornick of Ada Street visited the Michigan Ave. offices of OMD with a little of both last week. Kornick served his excellent salmon tartare with bacon two ways and steak tartare with fried capers. To wash it down, attendees sampled the "Ward 8," a potent elixir made of Old Overholt rye, orange, lemon, house grenadine, and old fashioned bitters. DJ Meghan Smith provided the tunes.
