Just before heading to Chicago Gourmet this past weekend, chef Paul Fehribach of Big Jones competed in a cook-off in Greenville, South Carolina. He was teamed up with New York chef Carmen Quagliata against Charleston chef Craig Deihl and Atlanta chef Daryl Shular to create a gluten-free dish in 30 minutes. Chefs Fehribah and Qaugliata won and now Chicago can taste his winning dish at Big Jones. [Chicagoist]
