Ready for a little live action quickfire challenge? On Jan. 21 Spiaggia chef/partner Tony Mantuano and exec chef Sarah Grueneberg will face off for an afternoon of Top Chef Master vs Top Chef Texas.
The two chefs, who have both appeared on the Bravo shows (Grueneberg is still in the running for the Top Chef title in the current season), will welcome guests to the restaurant starting at 11:30 a.m. for live cooking demos of dishes they prepared on the shows.
