What to Eat at Hota, Opening Tonight

Jacky's on Prairie closed after service on New Year's Eve. Since then, the new owners, Jona Silva and Erin Silva Winston, have been making some cosmetic changes to the space and now that it's done, they're debuting their new restaurant, Hota, tonight.

As previously reported, Silva started working at Jacky's in 2009 and bought the restaurant from owner David Lipschutz last year. The intent with the reconcept is to focus more on American cuisine that is influenced by global flavors. The restaurant will kick things off with dinner tonight and will begin serving lunch and brunch as well. Check out the menus after the jump.
