Just in time to help you sop up your Super Bowl hangover, Publican Quality Meats will open up a portion of its business on Monday Feb. 6. Chef/owner Paul Kahan tweeted a picture of the shop's "first bake," featuring many of the breads being created by baker Ehsan Gangi.

PQM will start selling fresh-baked breads and retail items, like olive oil, chutney, milk and eggs on that date, but the butcher shop and sandwich counter won't open until the following week. So if you've waited this long for prime cuts of meat, housemade sausages and charcuterie, you'll have to wait a tad longer. Want to see a little bit of what you'll get once it's all open entirely?
