Chef Rick Gresh Hosting Chefs in the Kitchen Web Show

David Burke's Primehouse exec chef Rick Gresh has a new gig as host of Chefs in the Kitchen, a new online web show on the just-launched Watch312.com online network. Gresh's first three episodes premiered on the site today with Gresh showing how to dry age a cut of beef while giving a tour of the restaurant's meat-aging facility, demonstrating how to butcher the meat with a band saw and then showing how to properly cook a steak.

Future episodes will see Gresh going behind the scenes with some of the city's top chefs to get an inside look into their kitchens and demonstrate some of their favorite recipes. Some chefs featured in upcoming episodes include Giuseppe Tentori (GT Fish & Oyster), Chef Vic (Viaggio), Bill Kim (Urban Belly), Ryan Poli (Tavernita), Stephanie Izard (Girl & The Goat), Cleetus Friedman (City Provisions) and Carl Shelton (Boka). Gresh will also visit some local farms and butcher shops to check out the action there.
