New York's Le Cirque is branching out. At least for a few pop-up dinners. The famed French restaurant will kick off a series of dinners across the country that will bring its new chef, Olivier Reginensi, to Chicago sometime between March 16 (when it kicks off in California) and July. The three-course dinner will be open to 200 diners and utilize local ingredients for the family-style themed meal. Stay tuned for more details. [~ENY~]
