Last weekend The Bedford launched its Sunday brunch with a menu full of classic dishes with a twist. Order from items like grits with ham hock gravy; cured wild salmon with avocado, whipped cream cheese, onion, cucumber, tomato and a bagel; pork belly benedict served with crispy potatoes; and Nutella smeared brioche with caramelized bananas.
The menu also boasts six original cocktails including the bacon and egg cocktail with bacon infused bourbon, and the Bedford's Bloody Mary. To help promote the brunch, the restaurant is giving away a chance to win an all-you-can-drink brunch for you and seven friends any Sunday in October.
