The Black Sheep Has Closed, Effective Today

Eater just received a text from James Toland that The Black Sheep has officially closed effective today. It is no surprise that they had been dealing with issues from the start with the most recent walkout of their front of the house staff and the previous walkout of their kitchen staff after Toland let Sarah Jordan and Phillip Rubino go.

It sounds like in the end it came down to not having enough money to continue to keep the place afloat.
